Job description

POSITION: Maintenance person doing finish carpentry on residential homes and remodels. Minimum age is 18 years old.


LOCATION: Reno and surrounding areas

SCHEDULE: Full-Time Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)

SALARY: $20.00 to $25.00/ DOE

JOB SUMMARY: Take direction from leadership, follow said instructions, perform Finish Carpentry to include minor electrical, plumbing, drywall installation, drywall taping/ mudding/ texture as well as painting interior and exterior, install or repair floors, and troubleshoot HVAC. Some supervisory experience would be great. Any licensing or certification will weigh with pay.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a good attitude, take direction, show-up on time, possess a valid Driver's License, able to lift at least 50 lbs. and pass a drug test.
