Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on AWS Cloud Systems Administrator who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic IT environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in AWS, networking, and Linux administration, including those who have developed their skills through personal projects, home labs, certifications, or academic experience.

The successful candidate will assist in provisioning, configuring, administering, securing, and troubleshooting cloud and on-premises infrastructure with a primary focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We are looking for a self-starter who can take initiative, solve problems, and continuously expand their technical expertise.


Key ResponsibilitiesAWS Cloud Administration
  • Build, configure, and manage AWS Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs).
  • Design and maintain public and private subnet architectures.
  • Deploy and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, and CloudFormation.
  • Configure and support multi-tier cloud environments.
  • Monitor cloud resources, performance metrics, and utilization.
  • Manage AWS account administration, security, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Optimize cloud resources for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Linux Systems Administration
  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems.
  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot files, services, and system configurations.
  • Perform system patching, updates, and routine maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve operating system and application issues.
  • Support server hardening and security best practices.
Network Administration

  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Technical Support & Collaboration

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have one of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience; OR
