ROI Hospitality is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer for our 99 room Holiday inn Express & suites in Rhinelander WI In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facility's equipment and systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of machinery.

Duties:
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.

Qualifications:
