Position Summary

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the full leadership and oversight of Suzu’s front-of-house operations.   • Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams, providing training, coaching, and development to uphold service standards and enhance team performance.

  • Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and implement operational efficiencies to meet budgetary goals.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience essential.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development; ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; experience with food handling certifications preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
