  • A Sales Specialist
In addition, each of our client accounts has its own internal sales team. This role will support our client specialized in manufacturing premium drop protection cases made from 100% recycled materials — ( the primary account tied to this role) — our Senior Partner leads sales overall, and there are an additional 2–3 sales team members on the client side.

This is a client-facing role that works closely with sales teams, retail partners, distributors, finance teams, and manufacturing partners to ensure orders, inventory, and operations run smoothly.

Client Account Support

  • Partner with the leadership team to deliver excellent client service
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients
  • Support logistics, warehouse activities, delivery issues, and customer service needs
  • Maintain task trackers and ensure timely follow-up
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and product lines
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows

Manufacturing Partner Coordination
