Location: Kingman, Arizona

Schedule: Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday | No evenings, weekends, or call

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive exams, screenings, and wellness visits
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries

  • Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory results, diagnostic tests, and imaging studies
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices

Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner 
  • Graduate of a U.S.-accredited NP program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs not eligible)
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Credentialing eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
  • No history of malpractice or disciplinary action
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine
