Are you a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) looking for a rewarding career with flexibility, independence, and a supportive team? Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is now hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional home healthcare throughout the Medway, MA area.

What You'll Do


As a Home Care Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including:


  • Evaluating patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve movement, function, and independence
  • Providing therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and fall prevention strategies
  • Assessing home environments and recommending safety modifications or assistive devices
  • Educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
  • Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation
