Job description

Join The World Of Medical Technology

After an intensive onboarding with product and anatomy training, you will actively shape the sales in the Greater Hannover/Magdeburg/Berlin area.

What You Will Do:
  • Co-travel with experienced sales colleagues and take over first sales activities under guidance for the endoscopy/visualization product area.
  • Participate in surgeries in clinics and prepare as well as support demo setups.
  • Support product trainings for medical staff in clinics and hospitals.
  • Participate in negotiations with doctors, clinics, administrations, and purchasing departments.
  • Market research and analyses within the framework of our goals and business strategies.
  • Collect and process tenders in agreement with your mentor, the sales management, and the key account management.
  • Prepare and support marketing activities, such as congresses, exhibitions, and fairs.
What You Bring To The Table:

Required:

  • Experience within an apprenticeship or internships in the fields of medical technology, sales, or from the hospital environment.
  • Passion for selling complex products that require explanation.
  • Experience in building and expanding networks across different hierarchical levels.
  • Communication skills, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, solution-oriented, excellent organizational skills.
  • High customer and service orientation paired with absolute reliability.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluent German and very good English.

Preferred:

  • Completed studies in medical technology, industrial engineering, business administration, health economics, or a training as an operating theatre assistant.

Additional Information:

  • The travel time with your company car in the sales area can amount to up to 80% including occasional external overnight stays.
  • Depending on the planning of your work week, you will spend the rest of the time in the home office.
  • After the 12 to 24-month trainee program, you will take over your own sales area as a junior sales representative (m/f/d).
  • After a successful completion of the trainee program, an assignment in a sales area throughout Germany is possible. Therefore, you should ideally have a willingness to relocate.

Germany Pay Ranges:

  • Duisburg/field-based 40hrs: 51,800 - 86,300 EUR Annual
