Roles and Responsibilities:
This is a project-based, hands-on position supporting our estate sale, relocation, and cleanout services. Estate Sale and Relocation Team Members work closely with the Team Lead and other team members to help clients through downsizing, relocating, online estate sales, and cleanout projects.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and warm work environment and going above and beyond in service of the client
  • Assist the Team in the organizing and sorting of household items for distribution, liquidation, donation, resettle and move
  • Maintain high packing standards to ensure clients' belongings are handled carefully and arrive safely at their final destination
  • Assist with the safe and efficient loading of our moving truck
  • The accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and/or accidents to the Team Lead or Manager
  • Supports the Team Lead to ensure projects are run with precision and efficiency from start to finish
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed to support our clients, team, and projects

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as a group
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt when unexpected situations arise
  • Strong customer service, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual and professional even when complications arise
  • Compassionate and respectful when working with clients and their families during times of transition
  • Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work alongside the team

Physical & Transportation Requirements:
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs., as well as move, transport, place, and remove household items for relocation, estate sales, donation, and resettling
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally climb stairs while working in a variety of indoor, outdoor, and weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from client job sites and our warehouse in Denver's Central Park area
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely drive our 15-foot box truck is not a requirement but a huge asset (no CDL required)
