What are the Responsibilities?
  • Diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and transportation equipment
  • Handling preventative maintenance and scheduled service work
  • Working across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and drivetrain systems
  • Using diagnostic software and specialized tools to actually solve problems, not guess at them
  • Keeping repairs to manufacturer spec and safety standard, then confirming it with quality inspections
  • Maintaining clean service records and pulling your weight on parts and inventory support
What are the Requirements?
  • Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or Truck & Transport Technician certification
  • Real experience repairing and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Sharp diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfort with electronic diagnostic equipment and modern repair tools
  • The ability to work solo when needed and as part of a crew the rest of the time
  • Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to doing quality work, safely
Nice to have:
  • Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's License
  • Commercial Vehicle Inspection (CVI) License
  • Previous dealership or fleet maintenance experience
