Job description

Litigation Associate Attorney

Baird Holm is seeking an associate with at least 3 years of litigation experience (can include a state or federal judicial clerkship) to join our multistate litigation practice based out of Omaha. We are seeking a candidate with strong academic credentials and writing skills, superior analytical and critical thinking capabilities, and previous experience handling lawsuits in state and federal court. The successful candidate will have the ability to function both independently and as a member of a trial team working on lawsuits from inception through trial. If you're ready to assume an important role as a litigation associate with a team who puts their clients first, while also learning from the best in the field as you prepare to take on the first chair role, we want to speak with you!
