Job description

As a Senior Product Associate in Card Pricing within Marketing, Growth & Innovation, you will be responsible for leading and supporting key initiatives by collaborating across teams within the Credit Card organization to understand business requirements, define the requirements in partnership with software engineers, and then promote them through build, test, and deployment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously
  • Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage competing product priorities
  • Demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams - product, tech, data, and design
  • Communicate (both verbal and written) technical updates to executives via decks and reports 
  • Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer
  • Partner with technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindset

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of work experience in product development or related field
  • Proven ability to operate of Agile methodology
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience in fintech or financial services industry
