Job Summary
Horizon Roofing is hiring Commercial Roofers for an upcoming project located in the ND/MN area, scheduled to run from March 2026 through August 2026. This position involves working with experienced crews to install and repair commercial roofing systems. The work is physical, performed outdoors, and offers overtime throughout the project duration.
Due to confidentiality requirements, the exact project location will be disclosed later in the interview process. This is a temporary, project-based role with the potential for continued employment following project completion. Relocation assistance may be available.
Responsibilities
  • Install and repair commercial roofing systems
  • Perform tear-offs and roof preparation
  • Load, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and materials
  • Install insulation, adhesives, primers, seams, and edge details
  • Follow fastening patterns and manufacturer specifications
  • Operate power tools and rooftop equipment safely
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Follow direction from Foreman and crew leads
  • Communicate effectively and work safely at heights
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Overtime and extended work hours as required

  • Roofing or construction experience preferred
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and perform physical labor
