AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Aircraft Painters to support major aerospace manufacturing program. We are seeking skilled professionals with experience preparing, masking, priming, and painting aircraft components, aerostructures, and assemblies while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

Essential Functions:
  • Prepare aircraft parts and assemblies for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
  • Mix primers, sealants, and topcoats according to engineering specifications and manufacturer requirements.
  • Apply primers, coatings, and finish paints using conventional and specialized spray equipment.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and planning documents.
  • Match paint colors and finishes to required specifications while ensuring coating consistency and quality.
  • Perform paint touch-ups, rework, and repairs as required.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment to verify coating thickness and quality standards.
