Relive Health is looking for a highly organized, action-oriented professional to join our corporate Franchise Support team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, consistency, and accountability across the Relive Health franchise network. You will support franchisees through every stage of the business lifecycle, hold locations accountable to the systems and KPIs that drive success, and drive performance through acceleration strategies for locations ready to level up.

Key Responsibilities
•       Represent a corporate point of contact for franchisees, leveraging our team to provide operational support and accountability
•       Support new locations through onboarding, pre-opening, and post-opening stabilization
•       Drive standardization and SOP compliance across all locations
•       Hold locations accountable to KPIs including conversion, retention, revenue, and treatment utilization
•       Ensure proper Salesforce adoption, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
•       Ensure a consistent, elevated client experience across the network
•       Travel to health center locations (25 to 50%) for site visits, audits, and field support
Qualifications:
•       3 to 7+ years in multi-unit operations, franchise support, or field operations
•       Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or a regulated service environment preferred
•       Strong understanding of KPI tracking, performance management, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
•       Proven ability to support and manage multiple locations simultaneously
•       Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
•       Ability to travel 25 to 50% of the time
