Job description

The School Sisters of St. Francis is looking for a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to work Second Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm).


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Current unencumbered Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Wisconsin.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School graduate or GED equivalent. Two (2) years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Rotating weekends and Rotating Holidays required.


Pay starting at $19.00+/hour based on experience and training.

We are seeking an individual who would fit our compassionate environment caring for retired religious Sisters. We are a care driven facility with a focus on maximum time with Sisters and streamlined documentation. At School Sisters of St. Francis, you can develop meaningful relationships with the Sisters and provide quality nursing care due to our excellent ratio of staff to Sister. Responsibilities include providing care within a team environment, using strong leadership skills in responding to situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols. You will aid with dressing, bathing, ambulation, transfers, meals, and supporting a robust activity program. You will be provided with the equipment and supplies that you will need to provide excellent care.
