The client population served through Reliant Mental and Wellness Center includes adult individuals seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, crucial for maintaining an effective therapy practice.
• A clean disciplinary record with no prior actions against professional licensure.

• Experience in conducting teletherapy sessions, with familiarity in using digital platforms for virtual client care.
• A background in crisis intervention and experience dealing with various mental health challenges prevalent in the adult population.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to continuous learning in the mental health field.
