Build Structure. Improve Operations. Drive Supply Chain Performance.

We are seeking a strategic and operationally focused Director of Supply Chain Management to help strengthen and evolve our supply chain operations across the organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on supply chain leader who can balance strategy with execution. You’ll help develop and improve processes across purchasing, inventory management, logistics, transportation, warehousing, and material flow while partnering closely with Operations, Transportation, Planning, Distribution, and Sales leadership.

You won’t just maintain existing systems, you’ll help build structure where opportunities exist, improve operational visibility, and drive scalable processes that support long-term growth.

The Director will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Supply Chain, who maintains ownership of strategic vendor negotiations and supplier relationships. Your focus will be maximizing the effectiveness of those relationships through disciplined execution, operational coordination, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Developing and implementing practical supply chain strategies that improve purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and material flow
  • Identifying operational inefficiencies, process gaps, and supply chain risks while driving improvement initiatives
  • Overseeing purchasing operations and leading the Senior Buyer to ensure strong execution and accountability
  • Supporting supplier coordination, pricing implementation, issue resolution, and operational follow-through
  • Improving inventory accuracy, ERP visibility, inventory turns, and overall supply chain data integrity
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Transportation, Planning, Customer Service, and Distribution teams
  • Supporting freight optimization, carrier performance, warehousing efficiency, and material movement throughout the organization
  • Leading initiatives that improve scalability, reduce manual processes, and strengthen operational consistency across the supply chain
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory management, or related fields
  • Prior leadership experience managing supply chain or purchasing personnel
  • Strong ERP, inventory management, and supply chain systems experience
  • Ability to build structure and improve processes in evolving operational environments
  • Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Oil & lubricants industry experience (preferred)
  • Multi-site or enterprise operational experience (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
  • $110,000 – $145,000 base salary
  • Eligible for annual bonus based on company and individual performance
  • Paid weekly every Thursday
  • 401(k) with employer match - no waiting period
  • 8 paid holidays plus generous PTO accruals
  • Company-paid STD, LTD, and life insurance
  • Supportive, family-owned culture with company-sponsored events and outings
