Job Description: Security Officer/ Customer ServiceLocation: SAN ANTONIO, TX, 78229

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer/ Customer Service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
  • Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
  • Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed
  • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and employees
  • Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
