About Us:
We are a growing ready-mix concrete company dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Mixer Truck Driver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to job sites
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Load and unload concrete while monitoring slump and quality specifications
  • Communicate with dispatch, batch plant, and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Follow all site safety rules and proper PPE use
  • Maintain cleanliness of truck, including mixing drum, chutes, and exterior
  • Complete required delivery documentation accurately and on time
  • Assist plant or yard operations when necessary (washing out, yard cleanup, basic maintenance)

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B with clean driving record
  • Experience driving commercial vehicles; ready-mix or construction delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Safety-oriented with knowledge of DOT and OSHA standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours — early mornings, some weekends, overtime as needed
