What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will ensure operating conditions support efficient, cost-effective, and reliable operation
  • Evaluate how process conditions impact equipment performance and identify when systems operate outside preferred ranges
  • Assess risk to equipment and support decisions that balance production demands with equipment protection
  • Further, you will use process and condition monitoring data to detect early signs of equipment stress or degradation
  • Analyze trends and recurring issues that impact reliability, performance, and cost of ownership
  • Communicate risks clearly when equipment operates outside preferred conditions
  • Provide actionable recommendations to operations and maintenance teams
  • Prioritize issues based on risk, cost, and impact to reliability and performance

What makes you great
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or related field preferred)
  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience; extensive experience more than then (10+) years may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in plant operations, process engineering, or reliability engineering
  • You have a background in Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide, or Carbon Dioxide manufacturing (preferred)
  • Process simulation modeling experience with UniSim, Aspen, or HYSYS
  • Strong understanding of how process conditions impact equipment performance
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical actions
  • You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, engineering)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills suits your profile
  • And you have the ability to balance production demands with equipment reliability priorities
