Job Summary:
  • Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead overnight maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and team performance to minimize downtime and support continuous production.

Job Duties:
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and electricians performing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate maintenance and inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coach, train, and support employee development while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior leadership experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, or automated equipment.
  • Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement methods preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial systems (PLC, boilers, refrigeration, compressed air) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
