As our facility continues its transition from commissioning into full commercial production, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability, improving plant performance, and helping shape the long-term success of this world-class operation.

If you're looking for a stable career with a global organization, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

What You'll Do    |     As the Reliability Maintenance Manager, you'll serve as the plant's technical leader for equipment reliability while leading a team of maintenance professionals responsible for keeping critical manufacturing assets operating safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs to drive operational excellence
  • Lead equipment failure investigations and implement long-term corrective actions
  • Manage maintenance budgets while improving reliability and reducing costs
  • Oversee spare parts inventory and critical equipment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM), environmental regulations, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and regulatory records
