About the Role:

As a Enterprise Services Engineer II in the Collaboration Services group, you will take on a more independent and proactive role in supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 enterprise applications and services. Building on foundational experience, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior staff, and drive improvements in system reliability and efficiency. You will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, project contributions, and collaborating across teams to resolve complex technical challenges. This role requires a strong technical background, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Implements, administers, monitors, and optimizes Microsoft 365 services and associated cloud technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, and related security and compliance capabilities.
  • Responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable collaboration platforms that support business operations, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity objectives.
  • Lead the deployment, and maintenance of applications and services, providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Independently implement business applications based on technical requirements, ensuring optimal system reliability, availability, security and performance.
  • Analyze and improve ITSM processes (ServiceNow), identify trends and recommend enhancements to IT operations.
  • Provide advanced (Level 2 and Level 3) support, resolving complex issues and escalating only when necessary.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams, acting as a technical resource for escalated support and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in a 24x7 global support team and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation, and other administrative tools to improve operational efficiency, reporting, governance, and service delivery.
  • Oversee service management ticket updates and ensure accurate tracking of IT service tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and complete advanced training as needed.
  • Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
  • Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:

  • H.S. Diploma/GED. Required
  • Associate's degree, vocational, or technical degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. Required
  • Bachelor's Degree, vocational, or technical degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Preferred.
  • 3-5 years IT-related Engineering experience . Required
  • Advanced technical knowledge for troubleshooting and resolving a wide variety of complex problems.
  • Implement new features and updates in the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations and procedures.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365-related projects.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for Microsoft 365 usage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and present solutions.
  • Specialized education and hands-on experience with IT support tools and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • CompTIA A+. Preferred
  • Microsoft Certified Fundamentals. Preferred

The pay range for this role is $69,991.00 - $120,000.00.

The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
