Due to continued growth, Brandt is currently seeking several Parts Product Managers to manage various product lines in Agriculture, Truck & Trailer, Undercarriage, Group Engaging products, Tree Care Products, Powertrain, and Technology to start immediately at our Head Office location in Regina, Saskatchewan. 

The Parts Product Managers are the key players for growing and developing the applicable commodities for sales and margins.  They will work closely with the Customer Support Associates (CSAโ€™s), and the Parts Managers to execute Brandtโ€™s customer programs for all our locations.  They will be the Brandt experts on Parts, on said parts and to be relied on by all internal staff and customers for their experience and knowledge of these products and services. They will establish strategies and implement annual business plans for these product groups, with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth for the company.

 Duties & Responsibilities        

  • Development and implementation of Strategy and Annual Business Plan
  • Achievement of Parts revenue and margin growth objectives
  • Execution of Annual Business Plan Goals & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish Strategy and implement Annual Business plans for Product group to achieve sales and margin growth
  • Product Expert/Resource Communicator
  • Coach, Support and Educate CSAs as required on applicable products
  • Develop and Deliver training programs to develop CSAโ€™s, Parts and Service Managers
  •  Manage Vendor relationships related to Parts including new vendor identification and set-up
  •  Market Intelligence on competition, customers, pricing, and segment trends
  •  Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for CSAโ€™s and branches.
  • Identify new product opportunities and work internally to stock and supply
  • Promote sales of new & used parts
  • Promote sales of parts programs
  • Facilitate creation of effective parts database
