About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring a full-time, temporary Customer Relations & Account Support Associate to join a collaborative, close-knit team in Bolton. This role supports business clients by managing accounts, delivering strong service experiences, and helping identify opportunities for growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, working with data, and contributing to a team-focused environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of business clients
  • Manage and support accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Use internal systems and tools to track client activity and identify needs
  • Assist in promoting products or services that align with client goals
