• Develop individualized care plans that reflect each patient’s specific goals and physical capabilities.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the needs and readiness of patients for rehabilitation.
• Manage a dynamic caseload, typically treating one patient per hour to ensure focused and effective care.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
• Implement and monitor tailored exercise programs designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall function.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and self-management techniques to support their healing process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care services to comply with healthcare regulations and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize comprehensive patient care.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress and feedback.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Your role will focus on delivering rehabilitative services that cater to diverse needs, including post-operative care, injury recovery, and preventive strategies, ensuring a holistic approach to patient wellness.

• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A clean professional record, with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong competencies in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating successful treatment outcomes.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation technologies and therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working in a team-focused, patient-centered environment that prioritizes communication and collaboration.

The compensation package for this position ranges between $120,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
