Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during the night shift. You will collaborate with a healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs. Your role will include providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
