As a Registered Private Client Associate, you will be an integral member of a collaborative four-person team supporting a well-established wealth management practice. Working alongside experienced Financial Advisors, you'll help deliver an exceptional client experience while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the practice run seamlessly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, and takes pride in supporting a high-performing team.

About the Team

Our team is an established wealth management practice within Janney Montgomery Scott with more than 65 years of combined industry experience serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners

Recognized by Forbes for excellence in wealth management, our team has built a reputation for delivering thoughtful financial guidance, disciplined investment management, and highly personalized client service. We are committed to providing a high-touch client experience, fostering strong collaboration, and upholding a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous excellence. Just as importantly, we believe the best work is accomplished in an environment where hard work, mutual respect, and a good sense of humor go hand in hand.

This is much more than a traditional administrative role. As a Registered Private Client Associate, you will play an integral part in the daily operations of a high-performing advisory practice. You will work directly alongside experienced advisors who value collaboration, trust, and open communication, while investing in the long-term success and professional development of the right candidate.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team, takes pride in doing things the right way, and genuinely enjoys helping others. If you're someone who likes staying organized, building relationships with clients, finding ways to improve processes, and contributing to a collaborative culture where everyone pitches in, you'll feel right at home here.
