Job description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Associate for our Wilmington, MA Medicare Certified Senior Living office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout the North Boston area territory.

This unique half office, half field leadership position is ideal for an experienced Home Health RN who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role offers the opportunity to build management and operational leadership skills while maintaining direct client interaction and clinical expertise. It is an excellent pathway for nurses interested in advancing into future leadership positions such as Clinical Manager, Associate Director, or Director-level roles within BAYADA.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility as the role includes field visits)
  • Location: Wilmington, MA

Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications

As a Clinical Associate, your day may look like this!

  • Develop leadership and management skills while serving as a key clinical resource for the office and field staff.
  • Lead, inspire, coach, and mentor clinicians to deliver exceptional client care and clinical outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the Rehab Manager (where applicable), Director, and DCO to support operational excellence and cohesive management of field staff.
  • Review and oversee clinical documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with office leadership to align staffing decisions with client needs and clinician strengths.
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of individualized client care plans.
  • Coordinate client care, referrals, and case management activities while serving as an advocate for clients and families.
  • Build confidence in supervisory responsibilities through involvement in performance support, staff development, and clinical guidance.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing field clinicians.
  • Represent BAYADA within the community and assist with relationship-building activities, including visits to physician offices and healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct client visits to maintain clinical proficiency and strengthen connections with clients and field staff.
  • Gain valuable exposure to office operations, clinical oversight, quality improvement initiatives, and leadership decision-making.
