The Finance Manager is a key component to the success of our Sales Department securing each sale and maintaining a high quality of customer service experience. Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties available. As a team player the F&I Manager strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their automotive purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.

  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
  • Accurately deals and submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals.
  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, provincial and federal guidelines.
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
  • Accurately audits team deals post-sale.
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
  • Must comply to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by management.

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • 2 years of dealership finance and insurance experience

  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Vehicle sales experience required

  • Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment

  • AMVIC license required
