Description The Construction Superintendent will report into the Project Manager and take ownership of on-site delivery across multiple commercial projects, ensuring safety, programme adherence, and quality outcomes. Lead daily site operations across multiple small to large-scale commercial and K-12 projects Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) principles Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all site and organisational standards Monitor construction progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain timelines Maintain close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Oversee reporting processes including daily logs, progress updates, and project forecasting Profile For the Construction Superintendent role we are seeking: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent within a general contractor environment Proven experience delivering healthcare, commercial construction, or K-12 projects Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies, ideally with exposure to CPM planning Experience overseeing tenant improvement or small-to-mid sized construction works Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience using construction management software (Procore preferred) OSHA 10 or 30 certification is advantageous Job Offer What's on Offer Competitive salary: $85,000 - $125,000 Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid time off and a stable, long-term opportunity Exposure to a diverse pipeline of commercial and institutional projects Opportunity to grow within a reputable and expanding contractor Apply here to be considered for the position within 48 Hours.
