Job description

  • Oversee engineers executing regional projects and provide project management and engineering support based on customer needs
  • Lead all project aspects, including kickoff meetings, BOM and network design generation and release, project documentation, and financial forecasting with management and customers
  • Resolve technical, contractual, and warranty customer issues while balancing financial and customer satisfaction goals
  • Plan and implement project startup schedules with engineering groups and customers amid changing schedules, conflicting manpower demands, and emergency service requirements
  • Collaborate with the regional Aftermarket Sales Team to identify potential projects and develop work scopes
  • Work closely with proposal and sales teams to implement perfect execution principles throughout the customer experience
  • Provide on-site support for installation and startup teams
Requirements
  • B.S. degree in an engineering discipline
  • Related experience in project management of custom engineered products or services
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ related experience in service, project management, or project engineering
  • History of progressively responsible engineering or leadership roles in an industrial services company
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30%
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Current certification in project management highly desired
  • Ovation Control System exposure preferred, or other Distributed Control System (DCS) experience
