As part of our team, you'll join a mission-driven organization committed to food safety, innovation, and people development. If you're ready to lead, inspire, and make a measurable difference, this role is for you.
About the Role: Regional Support Manager
The Regional Support Manager is an Area Manager without dedicated accounts, providing critical coverage and leadership across multiple sites within a region. Reporting to a Division Manager, Director of Operations, or VP of Operations, you'll oversee sanitation operations at client facilities, guide Site Managers, and support frontline teams to meet safety, compliance, and performance standards.
This role is fast-paced, dynamic, and essential to our continued growth. You'll be a trusted resource who can step in with confidence, stabilize operations, and elevate performance - all while building trust with clients and empowering teams.
What You'll Do
  • Provide Leadership on Demand: Fill in as Area Manager when positions are vacant, during vacations, or when coverage is needed.
  • Support New Start-Ups: Lead operations at new client sites, ensuring smooth ramp-up, compliance readiness, and team engagement.
  • Guide Site Leaders: Coach and support Site Managers to drive safe, effective, and efficient sanitation operations.
  • Ensure Compliance & Readiness: Oversee adherence to GMPs, SSOPs, USDA/FDA standards, and client expectations. Support audit preparation and corrective action planning.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with client leadership, engineering, QA, HR, and finance to ensure aligned goals and seamless execution.
  • Manage Performance: Monitor labor use, budgets, and KPIs to deliver strong operational and financial results.
  • Drive Improvement: Share best practices across accounts and help implement consistent standards region-wide.

What Success Looks Like
You're a strong fit if you can:
  • Step into new environments quickly, assess the situation, and lead with confidence.
  • Build trust with clients by delivering reliable, high-quality service.
  • Coach and empower site leaders to elevate team performance.
  • Navigate changing schedules and assignments with flexibility and resilience.
  • Maintain compliance and safety excellence across diverse facilities.

Core Competencies
  • Results-Driven: You deliver outcomes and own accountability.
  • Critical Thinker: You problem-solve in fast-changing situations.
  • People Developer: You coach and uplift teams, even under pressure.
  • Communicator: You're clear, professional, and audience-aware.
  • Collaborator: You partner with cross-functional teams and clients to get results.
  • Adaptable Leader: You thrive in dynamic, "go-where-needed" environments.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 7+ years in sanitation or food manufacturing leadership, managing multiple sites or large teams.
  • Sanitation Expertise: Deep knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations, GMPs, and Master Sanitation Programs.
  • Safety Leadership: Proficiency in LOTO, HAZCOMM, and PPE standards.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English): Required for effective team leadership.
  • Tech Fluency: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and open to learning new tools.

Bonus if you've led site openings, major transitions, or multi-site operations.
The Details
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Remote within designated region
  • Travel: Up to 80% (frequent overnight travel required)
  • Schedule: Flexible across shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
