Position: Regional Account Manager
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In Office One Day Per Week)
Position Summary
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing sales within an assigned territory. The territory includes customers such as Owner Companies, Engineering Firms, Construction and Installation Contractors, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
This role focuses on meeting or exceeding the expectations of a diverse customer base with unique needs based on market type, organizational role, and specific business demands.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Drive continued sales of traditional products while generating growth through new, strategic, and custom solution offerings.
  • Develop, implement, and execute an annual sales plan for the assigned territory.
  • Report weekly progress, opportunities, and challenges using the SAP CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations-from executive leadership to plant-level end users and installers-to influence business decisions.
  • Analyze formal and informal customer cultures to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Maintain technical proficiency in the Company's product and service offerings, as well as knowledge of competitive products and industry applications.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives, Technical Service Representatives, the Local Engineering Team, and other operational support personnel.
  • Travel overnight as required to support business needs.
  • Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, including proposing, negotiating, implementing, and servicing agreements.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education
