Job description

If you are an experienced CDL-A Driver within the Phoenix metro area, come drive for C.R. England to deliver dry freight.

  • Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

  • This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Lane Details:

  • Loads begin in Phoenix, AZ, delivering to AZ, UT, and some Southern CA

  • Unload full truckloads using a roto cart and lift gate, averaging 3 loads per week.

  • Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly

  • Expect to deliver on average 3 loads per week.

  • Compensation: CPM, $220 per load pay

  • Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft trailers

Accessorial Pay Details:

  • Layover 24 hours - $200 per day

  • Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

  • Training/Retraining Pay - $200 per day

  • Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load 

  • St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

  • Mentor Pay - $50 per day - $250 per week

  • Mentor Road Test - $50 per road test

  • Clean DOT Inspection - $25 

  • Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • 21 Years of age or older

  • 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience

  • Drivers will park their vehicle at home or a secure location
