The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and leadership development of multiple studio locations within an assigned region. This role ensures that each studio meets organizational standards for financial performance, operational efficiency, and member experience. The Regional Manager provides direct supervision and mentorship to General Managers, ensuring consistency in execution of company policies, training programs, and promotional initiatives.
This position serves as the primary liaison between studio management teams and the corporate office, facilitating communication, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and aligning regional strategies with overall company objectives. The Regional Manager is accountable for driving revenue growth, managing profit and loss for the region, and implementing process improvements to support long-term business sustainability and success.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervise and develop General Managers and other studio leadership staff.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to promote staff growth.
  • Lead ongoing manager meetings to ensure communication and alignment across studios.
  • Partner with the Education Coordinator to plan and approve educational events and training.
  • Oversee implementation of monthly promotions, events, and regional initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain a strong leadership presence within assigned studios through regular visits and communication.
  • Support and train studio teams to achieve sales goals and ensure exceptional member experiences.
  • Coordinate with service vendors for maintenance, cleaning, and other operational needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between ownership/corporate leadership and studio management.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including lead generation, booking rate, show rate, and close rate.
  • Assist in planning and execution of promotional events, workshops, and member appreciation activities.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Report and follow up on any equipment maintenance issues with the Operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and key operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all channels (in-person, phone, email).
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily operations.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, service, or fitness sales management.
  • Demonstrated experience in staff leadership, training, and performance management.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Wage & Compensation:
The hourly rate or salary range for this position is broad to reflect the range of experience, skills, and certifications candidates may bring. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location, consistent with applicable state pay transparency laws.
Regional Managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus program. Regional Managers earn 10% commission on private training, retail, and first month membership sales.

Physical Requirements:
