Systems Operator - RegenAbout Our Organization:

About the Position:
As a Systems Operator in the Regen Department, you will have the opportunity to work with our Regen Team to prepare and load/unload system deliveries, assist with system maintenance, and support customer needs at customer sites. You will also be responsible for the following functions:
Regen Support
  • Prepare mobile trailers for use at customer sites
  • Assist with PFI system maintenance
  • Repair damaged tanks
  • Prepare and load/unload system deliveries to/from other PFI branches
  • Keep the Regen chemical area, water room, and tank storage area clean and in order
  • Empty, sanitize, and refill PEDI tanks for service
  • Perform regeneration processes to regenerate resins for trailers and portable exchange DI tanks.
Carbon Support
  • Fill and empty carbon portable exchange tanks
  • Prepare media for media re-beds in the work area and at customer sites
Chemical Support
  • Transfer and fill containers with wet and dry chemicals for service technician use
  • Check and maintain the min/max of all chemical inventory with proper documentation
  • Follow chemical fill procedures and use proper PPE
Qualifications:
  • Job functions require ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder, etc.
  • Ability to follow written procedures
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Class B CDL
  • Aptitude to master new and technical concepts quickly and efficiently
  • Self-motivated and organized
