We are seeking to add a Program Scheduler to our team. If you enjoy working in a startup environment, and managing multiple fast paced projects at once, we would like to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to create/update MS Project schedules.
  • Provide scheduling support to assigned programs and operations
  • Develop/maintain consistency to programs enabling cost/schedule integration and earned value consistent with existing Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Support the development of the reporting format, scheduling protocols, processes, techniques and software selection.
  • Support new business in proposals, monitor and maintenance of schedule performance and participate in schedule margin management.
  • Provide regular status reports to Program Management and Engineering leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Prior experience supporting spacecraft development.
  • Demonstrated experience with Scheduling and Financial management of projects.
  • Experience with financial management tools including earned value, with SPI/CPI measures.
  • Knowledge standard engineering industry practices and ideally space-related requirements.
  • Extensive experience with MS Project (including Resource Management), Excel and related.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information.
