RefrigiWear is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Distribution team as Seasonal Picker/Packers. This full-time seasonal opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About RefrigiWear

For more than 70 years, RefrigiWear has helped hardworking people stay warm, protected, and productive in some of the world's coldest and most demanding environments. We design and provide insulated workwear, footwear, gloves, and other protective gear for employees working in cold storage, construction, outdoor industries, and extreme weather conditions. Our Distribution team plays an essential role in making sure our customers receive the products they need, accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner
  • Move completed orders to designated staging areas
  • Verify item and order accuracy
  • Scan and open orders in the warehouse system
  • Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons
  • Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment
  • Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Operate a pallet jack as needed
  • Assist with loading completed pallets for freight shipment
  • Help the Distribution team meet daily production and shipping deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
  • Ability to stand for the duration of an eight-hour shift
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it
  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, RF scanner, or receiving experience is helpful
  • Forklift experience is preferred but not required
