Job description

Position Description: We are seeking skilled and experienced Commercial Service Technicians to join our team in the HVAC, ALS (Air Handling Systems), and Refrigeration sectors. As a Commercial Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, air handling units, and refrigeration equipment across a wide range of commercial clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with advanced technologies while providing top-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, overhauls and troubleshooting all types of Commercial HVAC
• Provide high quality customer service based on our company SOP policy
• Must be professional, courteous and respectful to our customers as well as fellow employees
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers and dispatchers
• Honesty and integrity a must
• Develop rapport with each customer to understand to the right products, parts and services needed
• Ability to explain opportunities for aging, inefficient equipment for replacement
• Handle inventory and requisition parts and material needed for each job with our online ordering system
• Timely completion of assigned work orders
• Complete all work tasks in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company safety standards
• Use and follow safety guidelines for tools and equipment
• Participate in an on-call duty rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years HVAC repair & Refrigeration Repair
• Extensive knowledge of all types of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
• Proven competency in HVAC and Refrigeration repair.
• Universal CFC recovery Certification
• Must be able to read equipment schematics
• Ability to read English and interpret documents and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Computer tablet experience
• CFESA certification a plus

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must pass company drug test and background check
• Good personal appearance and the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
