As a Cabin ServicesLead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that theaircraftcabin is prepared for flights efficiently and safely, paying meticulous attention to every detail. Your responsibilities will includemaintainingthe cleanliness and readiness of the cabin, restocking supplies, and performing essential security checks.

Ideal candidates will have at leastone yearof cabin cleaning experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew of agents on each assigned flight to ensure that allduties are carried out in an efficientmanner,and all airline and company policies are followed.

  • Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged.

  • Clean and sanitizeaircraftgalleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.

  • Conduct thorough security searches on assignedaircraft.

  • Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.

  • Empty lavatory tanks andrefillsasrequired.

  • Other duties as assigned: Be flexible and willing to perform any other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company to meet operational needs.

  • Take reasonable care for the health, wellbeing, safety, and security of themselves and of others who may be affected by their actions or omissions while at work.

  • Cooperate with their manager / supervisor to allow them to perform orcomply withany legal requirements imposed on the company.

  • Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of health, wellbeing, safety, security,or welfare reasons.

  • Inform their manager / supervisor of any work situation, equipment, or activity thatrepresentsa serious or immediate danger to health, wellbeing, safety, and security.

  • Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in company and carrier Safety and Security procedures.

  • Carry out workin accordance withinformation and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety, and security rules or procedures.

  • Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies.

  • Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

  • Previousairline cabin cleaning experiencerequired.

  • Theability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.

  • If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg) on a regular basis.

  • Frequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, often for extended periods.

  • Comfort working in environments with jet and machinery noise.

Schedule:

Alliance Ground Internationaloperatestwenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. AGI requires its employees to be able towork onflexible schedules which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays or cancellations. Applicants must be able to work onweekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.

Alliance Ground International provides airline cargo handling services to 55 airlines at thirteen airports: Atlanta, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Kansas City, LaGuardia, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Newark, New York JFK, Orlando, Salt Lake City and San Francisco. Warehouse and ramp operations schedules are constantly adjusted to flight operations. Adjustments are made monthly, weekly, and in many cases, hourly. Facilities and equipment, forklifts dock lifts and roller systems, are purchased assets of and are routinely maintained more frequently than manufacturer recommendations to insure the life and optimal working performance of all equipment.
