The Role
As a Physical Therapist at Reform PT, you will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload spanning musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. You will have the autonomy to develop individualized treatment plans while working within a supportive environment. All sessions are 1:1 and 40 minutes in length โ roughly 12 patients in an 8-hour day, 15 in a 10-hour day โ giving you real time to connect with and treat each patient.
Responsibilities
โข Evaluate new patients and develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
โข Deliver skilled PT interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and functional training
โข Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries using Prompt EMR in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
โข Communicate with referring physicians and specialists as needed
โข Educate patients and families on diagnosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
โข Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience
Qualifications
โข Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from an accredited program
โข Current Massachusetts PT license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)
โข Outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience preferred
โข Strong manual therapy and patient education skills
โข Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
โข New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
