What jobs will be eliminated in the next 10 years?

In the next decade, roles such as data entry clerks, telemarketers, and assembly line workers are expected to decline due to automation and technological advancements. Job description

Physical Therapist โ€” Part-Time or Full-Time

Join a growing, patient-first clinic in Natick, MA

About Reform Physical Therapy

Reform Physical Therapy is a patient-centered outpatient clinic in Natick, MA dedicated to delivering exceptional, individualized care. We believe in treating the whole person โ€” not just the injury โ€” and our team is built around collaboration, clinical excellence, and genuine connection with our patients.

We are growing and looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team, either part-time or full-time. Whether you are looking for a flexible schedule that fits your life or a full caseload to build your career, we will work with you.

The Role

As a Physical Therapist at Reform PT, you will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload spanning musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. You will have the autonomy to develop individualized treatment plans while working within a supportive environment. All sessions are 1:1 and 40 minutes in length โ€” roughly 12 patients in an 8-hour day, 15 in a 10-hour day โ€” giving you real time to connect with and treat each patient.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Evaluate new patients and develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans

โ€ข Deliver skilled PT interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and functional training

โ€ข Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries using Prompt EMR in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements

โ€ข Communicate with referring physicians and specialists as needed

โ€ข Educate patients and families on diagnosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

โ€ข Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience

Qualifications

โ€ข Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from an accredited program

โ€ข Current Massachusetts PT license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)

โ€ข Outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience preferred

โ€ข Strong manual therapy and patient education skills

โ€ข Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills

โ€ข New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

What We Offer

We know great clinicians have options. Here is what makes Reform PT stand out:

โ€ข Compensation: $75,000 โ€“ $90,000 annually (full-time); hourly rate commensurate with experience (part-time)

โ€ข Health insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (full-time employees)

โ€ข CEU allowance: Continuing education stipend provided every two years โ€” aligned with the Massachusetts requirement of 20 CEU hours per licensure renewal cycle

โ€ข Flexible scheduling: We will build a schedule that works for your life, whether part-time or full-time

โ€ข Mentorship: Clinical support and mentorship from experienced clinicians

โ€ข 1:1 patient care model โ€” 40-minute sessions, 12 patients max on an 8 hour work day, no double-booking

โ€ข Dry needling on-site โ€” expand your clinical toolkit

โ€ข Free and ample parking

โ€ข Collaborative, low-bureaucracy team culture where your input matters

โ€ข Opportunity to grow with an expanding clinic
