What you can look forward to as a Maintenance Technician
  • Machine, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and welding repair, and installation support for all building and production equipment.
  • Document building and production equipment preventative maintenance support according to the computerized scheduling program and compliance to TS16949 requirements.
  • Manage hazardous waste storage to meet production demand and maintain compliance with ISO 14001 requirements
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving capability for all building and production equipment repair requests to include P.L.C systems.
  • Computer based maintenance communication using SAP.
  • Write and revise operational documents in support of business management system requirements.
  • Conduct employee maintenance training, as required.
  • Performs related tasks, as needed. 
Your profile as a Maintenance Technician
  • H.S. Diploma and 2 year Technical Degree or Mechanical, technical, welding and maintenance training.
  • 2+ Years experience in general factory maintenance. 
  • Computerized PM database, plumbing, welding, electrical, and training experience required.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, TS16949, and ISO 14001 compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Stronger interpersonal Skills; mathematical and print reading proficiency; excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills.
