Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic execution across a complex territory/multi-state geography to deliver sustained commercial impact.
  • Expand relationships with healthcare providers and influential stakeholders to support appropriate use of oncology therapies.
  • Use advanced analytics and market insights to refine territory strategy and influence internal planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated solutions for clinical, operational, and access challenges.
  • Represent field perspectives in brand planning and contribute to tactical innovation.
  • Identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and unmet needs in the territory.
  • Model compliance, professionalism, and ethical engagement.
  • Lead strategic pull-through initiatives with access and reimbursement teams.
  • Serve as a field-based ambassador for new product launches, pilots, and strategic initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, integrated delivery networks, and institutional decision-makers.
  • Support regional leadership in business planning, training, and performance calibration.
  • Mentor junior team members and support skill development.
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in a related discipline with 9 years of related experience; or Master's degree with 7 years; or equivalent combination.
  • Minimum 5 years of oncology sales experience.
  • Launch experience required.
Skills/Abilities:
  • Relationship management, customer focus, communication, influence/persuasion.
  • Ability to persuade by presenting complex clinical information.
  • Strong business planning; ability to work independently.
