What does a refinery manager do?

A Refinery Manager oversees the daily operations of a petroleum or chemical refinery, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. Their responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring equipment and processes, enforcing safety and environmental regulations, and coordinating with other departments. They also develop operational strategies to optimize productivity, minimize costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
