Job Summary
The Field Operator supports safe, timely project execution while working as part of a team under assigned leadership. The role focuses on learning processes, completing assigned tasks, and developing skills for future growth.
Job Responsibilities
  • Supports projects within industrial facilities
  • Performs hands on mechanical tasks using various tools
  • Handles and transfers chemicals using appropriate equipment
  • Assists with maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
  • Meets required safety training and site compliance standards
  • Works safely with limited supervision in industrial environments
  • Sets up and operates equipment for chemical handling processes
  • Monitors chemical usage and follows established procedures
  • Contributes to shop operations when not assigned to field work
  • Participates in safety meetings and related activities

Requirements
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required with basic knowledge and a minimum of one (1) year experience in refinery operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to drive safe and timely work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time globally.
