Job description

Company Description
Redzone, the Connected Workforce business unit within QAD / Redzone, helps manufacturers make more products for less while greatly improving the employee experience. While there is a lot of hype around digital transformation, the factory of the future, and Industry 4.0, the focus has been on the equipment and technology - not the people. At Redzone, we are all about the people, what we call "the connected workforce."
We make frontline teams more engaged and more productive so their lives improve while contributing to positive business outcomes. We do this by combining exceptional software and world-class coaching, giving our customers an average productivity increase of 26% in 90 days. Redzone brings together Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams, improving the communications between those teams to resolve issues and increase output. Decision-making happens on the shop floor by the people doing the work, in real time, for immediate impact and a better overall employee experience.
With an AI powered platform, nearly 2000 plants and over 500,000 users, Redzone is changing the way people work - one plant at a time.
Job Description
Redzone is seeking a data-driven, AI-native Lifecycle and Digital Growth Manager to scale high-impact programs. You will bridge marketing automation, lifecycle strategy, and digital demand generation to turn audience engagement into measurable revenue.
You will own end-to-end email marketing, build segmentation strategies for customers and prospects, and run digital nurture programs that support every stage of the buyer's journey.
This role is critical to Redzone's growth. By operationalizing current ad-hoc programs, you will influence an estimated 15-20% incremental pipeline contribution from digital channels within your first year.
This position is Full-Time, Exempt, Remote-based in the United States, and requires up to 10% travel. Visa Sponsorship is not available.
What You'll Own
  • Lifecycle & Email Marketing: Own email marketing operations, nurture programs, and list health. Build scalable, behavior-based systems rather than one-off campaigns.
  • Segmentation & Nurture Strategy: Develop and maintain segmentation models for customers and prospects. Design and run digital nurture tracks tailored to each stage of the buyer's journey - awareness, consideration, and decision.
  • Optimization & Testing: Execute A/B and multivariate tests across channels. Use data to optimize for pipeline outcomes and conversion.
  • Event & Field Support: Lead digital surround for major tradeshows (Pack Expo, Champions of Manufacturing). Partner with field marketing to close the loop on SAOs.
  • Content & Distribution: Drive organic content distribution across YouTube and owned channels. Own association outreach, link building, and industry partnerships to build earned reach and domain authority.
  • AI Strategy: Understand how AI fits into modern marketing and implement AI workflows for personalization, copywriting, segmentation, and reporting to increase team velocity.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B lifecycle or demand gen, ideally in SaaS/Industrial tech.
  • Strong hands-on email marketing experience, including audience segmentation and nurture program design.
  • Clear understanding of how AI can be applied to marketing workflows - personalization, content generation, and analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation/email tools (e.g., Marketo) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and intent data (6Sense/Demandbase).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through digital and lifecycle testing.
  • Self-starter who builds as much as they manage in a lean environment.

Additional Information
Compensation Package:
  • Base pay range: $120,000 - $130,000 USD Annual (12 Months)
  • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
  • This position may be eligible for additional performance incentives
  • U.S. benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, paid-time off, parental leave, flexible spending accounts and employee assistance program
