Caregiver Opportunity - Federal Way/Tacoma Caregivers (Relocation Opportunity to Redmond, OR)

While our roots are in the Seattle area, King/Pierce County, and Spokane, we are now expanding our compassionate, personalized care to Redmond, Oregon, and seeking dedicated caregivers interested in relocating to join our Redmond team.
We provide a safe and supportive environment for residents and deeply value the work of compassionate caregivers like you.

We're Looking for:
Caregivers currently located in Federal Way, Tacoma, and surrounding areas who are open to relocation opportunities for immediate positions in Redmond, OR.

Positions Available Immediately

Available Days:
Monday - Sunday

Shifts Offered:

  • Full-Time

  • 10-Hour Shifts

  • 12-Hour Shifts

Your Role as a Caregiver:
You will provide exceptional service and support to clients, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and dignity.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing)

  • Offering companionship and emotional support

  • Preparing meals and supporting dietary needs

  • Ensuring client safety and well-being

  • Providing medication reminders and assistance

  • Performing light housekeeping duties

  • Documenting and reporting client progress

Requirements:

  • A heartfelt commitment to the senior community

  • A compassionate, patient, and upbeat attitude

  • Strong reliability and ethical conduct

  • Current HCA, CNA, or NAC certification

  • Compliance with Oregon Health Regulations

  • Valid Photo ID and Social Security Card

  • Current TB test results

  • Certifications in Food Safety and CPR

  • Proof of caregiving education or training
