We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition and People Operations Specialist who is passionate about helping people succeed, building strong workplace culture, and attracting high-performing individuals who take ownership of their work and growth.


Position Overview

This role is much more than just recruiting. We are seeking someone who can help attract great talent, support employees throughout their journey with the company, strengthen communication between staff and leadership, and help create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and accountable. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, solution-oriented, and genuinely excited about helping people grow professionally.


Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Source and recruit therapists, administrative professionals, and support staff.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Build recruiting pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and networking.
  • Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and staffing strategies.
  • Improve hiring processes and candidate experience.


Employee Experience & Retention

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees navigating workplace questions, concerns, and challenges.
  • Assist managers in addressing employee relations issues professionally and consistently.
  • Support employee onboarding and integration into the company culture.
  • Help employees understand expectations, opportunities for growth, and pathways for success.
  • Conduct stay interviews and employee feedback initiatives to improve retention.
  • Culture & Engagement
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop programs that recognize employee achievements and contributions.
  • Help communicate company values, goals, and initiatives across the organization.
  • Support leadership in creating an environment where employees are helped and accountable


Communication & Problem Solving

  • Respond promptly to employee questions and concerns.
  • Help employees navigate challenges by focusing on solutions and professional development.
  • Assist managers with coaching conversations and performance discussions.
  • Support policy education and ensure employees understand company expectations.

  • Create engaging content showcasing our team, culture, patient success stories, community involvement, and career opportunities.
  • Strengthen Reddy Care's presence as an employer of choice.
  • Highlight employee growth, professional development, and workplace achievements.
  • Monitor engagement and recommend strategies to improve recruiting and brand awareness.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or related experience, specifically in Physical/Occupational Therapy/Healthcare.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience with social media, employer branding, or recruiting platforms is a plus.
